Transformed a three-bedroom terrace house into a five-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) with a focus on optimal space utilisation.

On the ground floor, we redesigned the layout by introducing partition walls and adding an extra shared bathroom utilising under stairs space and boiler storage room.

he project encompassed a comprehensive overhaul, including a full electrical rewire with a detailed electric plan, the installation of new plumbing tailored to the updated system, and a full refurbishment. An interior designer’s plan was implemented to enhance the aesthetic appeal, followed by meticulous redecoration and recarpeting.

Every aspect of the project was executed to meet current HMO requirements.HMO license is granted.
